Approximately 20,000 delinquent account balance notices from over 5,500 taxpayers have been identified by the Department of Revenue and Taxation.

As is done annually, DRT will be mailing out outstanding Income and Business Privilege Tax liability reminder notices to these individual and business taxpayers of record.

Governor Lou Leon Guerrero has directed DRT Director Dafne Shimizu to not just increase collections but also to aggressively pursue delinquencies.

Residents who receive reminder notices in the mail, or who receive the notification, or currently have an outstanding tax liability with the Department of Revenue and Taxation, are urged to visit DRT’s collection branch to make payment.

Call DRT’s collection branch at 635-7603/4/5/6 for further information or assistance.
