The Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation announced that on Friday, September 17, 2021, the agency processed an additional 6,562 payments for the All RISE Program totaling $6,720,800.

Payments processed were for “A” status applications filed through September 7, 2021. Applicants can expect to receive payments this week.

Total payments to date are as follows:

Payment Date       No. of Payments       Payment Amount
9/10/2021            18,236                     $19,499,200
9/17/2021              6,562                     $  6,720,800
Total                    24,798                     $ 26,220,000

Approximately 18% of applications were identified as having errors and are not “A” status.

DRT is working to process all manual applications and to review all non “A” status applications to address errors and eligibility issues now that the application period is closed.

As she has previously stated, Governor Lou Leon Guerrero is committed to satisfying the needs of the All RISE program. Should that mean identifying additional amounts in excess of the previously allocated $30 million, DRT said it will do so.

Applications are processed on a first-in first-out basis and payment is based on eligibility criteria set forth in Executive Order No. 2021-18, which authorized eligible applicants who successfully apply to receive $800 if they
are individual filers and $1,600 if they are joint filers.
