Reports from concerned citizens have led to the arrest of a man who was arrested just last month for dealing drugs out of his Mangilao home.
Guam – Marvin Mantanane has landed back in jail after it was discovered he was committing the same alleged crime. Today his home was raided by police once again, about a month after the first search warrant was executed.

During the first raid police discovered both schedule two and schedule one controlled substances.

According to GPD Acting Spokesperson Paul Tapao, the second search warrant was obtained after information received by police indicated that Matanane was still involved in trafficking of the drug ice.

He was arrested for possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance and the illegal delivery of a scheduled two controlled substance.

He was booked and confined.
