DUI Booked and Confined; 3rd Arrest This Week; All 50 Years of Age or Older


Guam – About 1:15 am this morning [Friday] Guam Police arrested  53 year old Aermas Bulatao of Dededo on a charge of DUI.

Highway Patrol arrested Bulatao in Harmon. He was booked and confined.

He is the third person arrested this week under GPD’s new book and confine policy which requires an overnight stay at the Hagatna lockup for anyone arrested for DUI.

All 3 of the men arrested on DUI charges have been 50 years of age or older.

Early Thursday morning, just after midnight, 52 year old Edward Pang Pak of Harmon was arrested on charges of  Reckless Driving and DUI. He was booked and confined.

And on Sunday, the first person arrested under the new DUI policy was 69 year old Salvino Maanao Losongco. He was picked up about 5 pm Sunday afternoon following a minor traffic accident in Ordot. The Santa Rita man was cited for Unsafe Lane Change, as well as Driving Under the Influence
