The Guam Waterworks Authority has announced an emergency water outage today Monday, March 2, starting immediately until 8:00 pm.
Affected villages are Hagatna and Asan where GWA crews are making repairs on a main line.
The areas affected are West O’Brien Drive and surrounding streets to include the high areas of Asan.
