Guam – Michael Ezra, a 17 year old juvenile has been charged as an adult in connection with a weekend stabbing.
Ezra was magistrated in Superior Court Monday on a charge of aggravated assault and a Special Allegation of Possession and Use of a Deadly Weapon in the Commission of a Felony.
According to the Magistrate’s report, Vincent J. Quintanilla Jr was stabbed in the front of his neck. The incident occurred on a dirt road in the Hahasu area of Dededo. A witnessed siad he saw Ezra and Quintanilla walking on the road just prior to the stabbing.
He suffered a wound that measured 4 to 5 inches, “just under his Adam Apple.” Guam Fire medics said the wound “was serious and life threatening if not treated.” Quintanilla was taken to Guam memorial Hospital where he was admitted in stable condition. Quintanilla told police that “a drunk boy had attacked him.”
A “leatherman tool with a red substance, possibly blood”, was recovered from the dirt road where Quintanilla and Ezra were last seen walking together.
