People make the clothes and clothes make the people. It was all fun, fashion and flavor at the Tumon Sands Plaza as PNC got an exclusive look at an event that pairs love of fashion with theater.

The Analista & Co store in Tumon Sands Plaza recently held a men’s fashion show featuring some of the new fashion by Norman Analista and giving a little sneak peek of the Mamma Mia production coming soon this month.

While the cast sang songs like Honey Honey, male models strutted their stuff in Analista & Co designs, some of which can be seen on the cast of the Mamma Mia production.

AJ Rafael, who plays Sophie’s charming fiancé Sky, tells PNC that rehearsals have been going great, and invites everyone to come down and watch.

“You can come to our show it’s September 6 through 8th. On the 6th and 7th, it’s at 7 p.m. and on Sept. 8, it’s at 2 p.m. Go to wtpguam.com for tickets thank you,” Rafael said.

He added: “A lot of you might know me for singer-songwriter stuff and youtube things but I love theater as well and I’m in a production of Mamma Mia with world theater productions so I hope you all can come out!”

Norman Analista, the man behind the brand, shares with PNC that the theater and fashion event was to not only to showcase his fashion but also to help boost ticket sales. Adding a pop of bold colors and life to the show, Norman says that his lineup was inspired by the 1990s.

“I tend to think that I have a very colorful personality I guess some people would describe it as that. The types of clothes that I like are very bold and daring. I grew up in the ’90s where a lot of the clothing was neon and loud prints. So those influences are coming out in the clothes that I decided to produce in the show,” Analista said.

Analista & Co. is located on the second floor of Tumon Sands Plaza, and opened just last week.

Norman says that his fashion gallery is not like most stores where customers walk in and see racks of clothes. Instead, people will see examples of his creative designs.

Making wardrobes more personal, Analista & Co. offers custom clothing. For more information, check out the Analista & Co. Facebook page.
