FHP Health Center Urgent Care and Radiology will be closed the remaining Sundays in October for cleaning and sanitizing on Sunday, October 11, 18, 25.
FHP Health Center Urgent Care and Radiology will be open regular hours Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Since the Governor’s first Executive Order mandating social distancing began on March 17, 2020, FHP Health Center implemented strict screening and CDC recommended sanitizing procedures to protect the safety and health of patients and employees.
Each patient is screened outside for symptoms and has their temperature taken. The screener determines if the patient requires additional assessment at the designated isolation area by a nurse and provider or are able to enter the clinic.
Every employee has their temperature taken and is screened at the beginning of their work shift. Every vendor entering the facility has their temperature taken and is screened. Since these procedures were implemented, an average of 250 people per day have been screened.
As one of the three CURE Tier 2 facilities, with AMC and SDA, that are accepting GMH overflow urgent care patients, FHP Health Center is open from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, Monday thru Saturdays. For more information, please call our main phone line at 646-5825, press option 7.
FHP Health Center continues to remind patients and employees to take precautionary measures:
- Wash your hands for 20 seconds
Stay at least 6 feet away from one another
Wear your face masks properly
If you feel sick, please stay home
Continue to sanitize your work area daily
