Guam – DFS Guam Employees Hold Holiday Food Drive in Support of The Salvation Army As part of their employee events for the year, DFS Guam employees staged a holiday food drive for The Salvation Army. All food items collected were delivered on December 18th.
“The Salvation Army annually hosts a Thanksgiving luncheon for those less fortunate.
They follow with food care packages delivered over the holidays. They have been a driving force in supporting the community of Guam. There are many social issues that plague our island and they put in a tremendous amount of work towards assisting those who really need it.” said Francis Guerrero, DFS Sr. Manager of Promotions and Community Affairs. “DFS Guam stands behind our employees’ humanitarian efforts and is proud to contribute a matching donation of $5,000 towards the holiday food drive.”

The contribution made by DFS Guam will go a long way toward helping those less fortunate get through the holidays and into the New Year.
