Firefighter from Talofofo station tests positive for COVID-19

The Guam Fire Department has reported that a firefighter assigned to the Talofofo Fire Station tested positive for COVID-19 and remains in isolation.

To reduce the possibility of transmission, two other personnel assigned to the same unit were ordered to quarantine at home until they can be tested on Saturday.

According to GFD, emergency operations will continue, with adjustments made in scheduling for the firefighters assigned.

Decontamination of the fire station was performed.
