First Hawaiian Dededo Branch Closed TODAY Following Fire Next Door; It Will Reopen Tomorrow

Guam -The First Hawaiian Branch at Compadres Mall in Dededo initially opened for business today [Friday] but was forced to close its door after inspectors found damage to the roof  following last night’s fire at the People’s Bazaar which is right next door to the bank.

A release from First Hawaiian says they have closed for the remained of the day “as a precaution” after the Guam Fire Department asked them to shut their doors, temporarily.

The bank says that their Dededo Branch will re-open for business tomorrow, Saturday, January 29th for normal business hours between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

First Hawaiian customers may continue to bank at Tamuning and Maite Branches as well as through FHB Online and at ATMs.
