Lawyer Tom Fisher said in court Friday that he wants Port Authority of Guam (PAG) general manager Rory Respicio to pay a $1,000 fine for what Fisher says is Respicio’s failure to comply with a request for information relative to legal services provided to the port.

However, Respicio claims an email was sent in response to the request with 60 pages of information.

Fisher claims he never received anything. Fisher also says there is no proof of service offered by Respicio.

Respicio countered that he has screenshots of the email sent.

In light of this, Judge Anita Sukola gave Respicio time to comply and provide a hard copy to Fisher by 5 pm Friday.

Hearing is set for July 30th to follow up on compliance.
