The Guam Department of Education and USDA are continuing the TEFAP food and commodity distribution in the villages.
Food commodities were distributed to Ordot Chalan Pago residents on Friday morning.
And they are continuing their partnership with local mayors. During this morning’s distribution, the Ordot Chalan Pago mayor and mayor’s staff can be seen handing out food bags to cars as they drove up through a drive-through service at the mayor’s office.
After Ordot Chalan Pago, the next TEFAP food commodity distribution will take place in the southern part of the island on Oct. 20 in Talofofo followed, on Oct. 21 by Inarajan.
Please contact mayors from your respective villages for more information.
As a reminder, food commodities are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Commodity distribution in each village will be available to village residents only.
Participants must wear a mask, maintain physical distancing, and follow all traffic directions and signage.
