Drive-thru distribution is from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Yigo Gymnasium for Yigo constituents only, while supplies last. Individuals carpooling are asked to obtain a Yigo Mayor’s verification prior to the distribution date to verify they are residing in a separate household. In an effort to provide opportunity for all constituents to pick-up food commodities, there will be a limit of one bag per household. If there are remaining bags from the drive-thru distribution, the Yigo Mayor’s staff will deliver door-to-door beginning on June 1. Those who did not receive a bag for various reasons (i.e. no transportation, elderly persons, etc.) will be prioritized. Additionally, constituents may contact the Yigo Mayor’s Office to schedule pick-up/delivery of food commodities. For more information, contact the Yigo Mayor’s Office at 653-5248/9446. |
