Former Cop Guilty of Growing Marijuana


Former Police Officer Roy Pablo is found guilty on all charges for growing marijuana.

Guam – A Guam Police Officer was Found Guilty of all charges related to growing marijuana in his backyard.


Former Police Officer Roy Pablo was indicted on charges of manufacturing a schedule 1 controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy to manufacture, child abuse and official misconduct.

Pablo was arrested in November of last year after police found what appeared to be a fully functional marijuana growth operation.

Pablo admitted the marijuana belonged to him and he also admitted to smoking pot while on duty, but he denied dealing the drugs. He’s was released pending sentencing, which has been scheduled for November 14 at 10 am.
