Former MMA fighter arrested for alleged sexual assault

Former UFC mixed martial artist Jonathan Tuck has been arrested on allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman.

Authorities entertained a criminal sexual conduct complaint in Tumon on March 4. A woman told police that she was sexually assaulted by Jonathan Walter Cruz Tuck.

Tuck was arrested by officers from the Domestic Assault Response Team on Monday, 12 days after the incident is alleged to have occurred.

Police Spokesman Sgt Paul Tapao, in a release, stated that DART officers met with Tuck and subsequently arrested him.

He was arrested on offenses of 3rd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and 4th degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.

He was booked and confined to the Department of Corrections.
