Four Men Arrested Following Burglary in Tumon Parking Lot


Guam – Four men have been arrested following a reported Burglary to a vehicle in the open gravel parking lot by the Park Arcade in Tumon early Sunday morning.


GPD Public Information Officer A.J. Balajadia says a witness provided police with a description of the suspects vehicle and license plate as well as a description of the four suspects.  Officers located the suspects’ vehicle in the GPO parking lot near King’s Restaurant.  The stolen items were also located inside the vehicle according to Balajadia.

Balajadia says the following men were booked and confined as a result of the investigation:

Christian A. Posada; M/Guam/27yrs; arrested for Guilt Established by Complicity, Conspiracy, Open Container, Improper Storage and Possession of a Controlled Substance

Joseph Santos Samayo Jr.; M/Guam/25yrs; Burglary to a vehicle, Guilt by Complicity

Anthony James Fejeran; M/Guam/28yrs; 06-29-1982; Conspiracy, Guilt Establish by Complicity, Violation of Court Order

Paul Anthony Aguon; M/Guam/34yrs; Warrant of Arrest (2 counts), Conspiracy, Guilt established by complicity, Violation of Probation
