Guam – The Superior Court Marshal’s Office has issued a wanted notice for 23 year old Timothy J.C. Raines.
Raines is described as standing 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighing 185 pounds. he has black hair and brown eyes. He has a burn mark on his left forearm. His last known residence was in Dededo.
Raines is wanted for violating the conditions of his parolee on an initial charge of resisting arrest.
