Guam – The Marshal’s Division of the Guam Judiciary has issued a wanted notice for James Santos Yee.
Yee is wanted for Violating the Conditions of Probation on initial charges of Possession of a Scheduled II & I Controlled Substance.
The 42 year old Yee stands 5-feet 11-inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo of a dragon on his back.
His last known residence was in the village of Yigo.
Criminal Warrant (CF277-13) Issued on 3/13/14.
