Guam – The Guam Judiciary Marshall’s Service has issued a wanted notice for Joe Gaarow and for Mario Julian.
The 42 year old Gaarow is an FSM citizen. He stands 5-feet 6-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
He has a tattoo of a naked woman on his left bicep. His last known residence was in Dededo.

Gaarow is wanted for violating the conditions of probation on an initial charge of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with injuries.
A criminal warrant (CF0570-09) was issued on August 21, 2012

Julian is wanted for violating the conditions of probation on an initial charge of assaulting a “Peace Officer” and a charge of Terrorizing.
A criminal warrant (CF0715-10) was issued on September 20, 2012.
