Guam – The Marshal’s Division of the Guam Judiciary has issued a wanted notice for Dionicio T. Manila.
Manila is 30 years old and stands 5-feet 3-inches tall. He weighs 180 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
His last know residence was in the village of Yona.
He has a “Nich” tattoo on his left wrist and a “Tribal” tattoo on his left forearm.
Manila is wanted for violating the conditions of probation on an initial charge of theft.
Criminal Warrant (CF0351-10) Issued on October 29, 2012.
