G4S Honors 8 of Its Security Officers Who Responded to Tumon Tragedy

Guam – The Security firm G4S has honored 8 of its security officers and a G4S controller who responded to the tragedy in Tumon on February 12th and helped subdue Chad De Soto, stopping an attack that had already claimed 3 lives and injured a dozen others.

The officers were recognized for disarming De Soto and holding him until police arrived took De Soto into custody. They were also credited with providing first aid to the wounded until emergency medical personnel arrived.

The 8 G4S security officers are:

The award and recognition dinner was held at the Nikko Hotel Tuesday.
