GAIN: Stray animal problem continues to be widespread on Guam

Guam Animals In Need board president Cyrus Luhr talks about the best way to address the island’s stray animal situation.

Luhr says that he encourages an islandwide stray animal spay and neuter program and that he’s thankful that the community is stepping up to fill in the gap left by government services.

He also said that spaying and neutering is an important part of the variety of solutions being brought to bear on the problem of stray animals which continues to be a widespread problem on Guam.
