GBB Seeks Bidders to Process Residential Recycling Materials


Guam – Gershman, Brickner, and Bratton [GBB], the receiver managing Guam’s Solid Waste Authority, has issued an invitation for bidders who are interested in processing the recycled waste they are collecting from island residents.

According to the bid notice, GBB is seeking “the best qualified Bidder to accept and process all materials collected in the GSWA Recycling Collection Program(s).”

GBB says that the Solid Waste Authoirty wants “to ensure that the maximum volume of recycling material is processed and marketed in the most cost effective manner by contracting with a private operator on Guam who is expected to bring processing capability, capacity, and marketing expertise to the project.”

The selected Bidder will have total responsibility for achieving these goals for GSWA, says the notice.
