GCC Hosts PPEC Board Training


Guam – Guam Community College is hosting a Pacific Postsecondary Education Council (PPEC) workshop for more than two dozen trustees from the various college and university boards in Micronesia Thursday at the GCC Student Center. 


“Building and Sustaining an Effective Governing Board” is being conducted by Dr. Sheila Stearns, of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.
