Guam –  Nearly 150 people from 20 government and nine private sector agencies have taken advantage of the procurement courses offered at Guam Community College, and as requested, GCC is repeating the four-module course starting on Nov. 18 with Fundamentals and Principles of Procurement. Modules 2, 3, and 4 will be offered again in the first months of 2014.

Attorney John Thomas Brown and Jerry Perez, a local businessman, developed the four-module procurement curriculum for GCC and serve as the instructors. Brown recommends that anyone who deals with procurement should take the fundamentals course.
