Guam -GCC’s Culinary Arts Students got a boost Thursday from the expert judges who declared they’re ready for Prime Time.
One of them was Hotel Nikko Guam Assistant GM Joe Blas whose assessment was “They’re ready for a restaurant.”
Blas served as a guest judge for the GCC Culinary Arts HS 249 Advanced Food Preparation class final exam Thursday.
Students had to prepare a four-course gourmet meal for guests, who then judged each dish on presentation, taste, creativity and difficulty.
