GDOE to host virtual parent input sessions for school year 2021-2022

In preparation for School Year (SY) 2021 – 2022, the Guam Department of Education (GDOE) will host three (3) virtual parent-input sessions via Zoom.

The sessions will address important back-to-school information for students, their families, and our community stakeholders.

Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with education leaders at these online sessions.  The input sessions will be scheduled by districts and will be live-streamed on the GDOE’s Facebook page.

“We know that many of our students and their families are excited for the coming school year,” said Superintendent Jon Fernandez.  “In anticipation for the new school year, we would like to afford students and their families the chance to directly address their concerns with education leaders and share their thoughts on the updated policies and practices for SY 2021 – 2022.  We look forward to their attendance at these virtual sessions.”
