Unemployed and underemployed veterans, transitioning service member and eligible spouses are welcomed to take advantage of an employment assistance available through the Guam Department of Labor and the American Job Centre. GDOL is offering job seekers a wide spectrum of employment assistance with job placement, training referrals, career counselling, job listings, and more.
The employment assistance available will be including resume building, job placement assistant, career counselling and planning, referral to training programs, support services, and partner programs.
those who are eligible are veterans with verified disability, served on active duty during a war, campaign, or expedition for which a campaign badge or expeditionary medal was awarded, in the U.S department of veterans affairs coming home to work program, experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness and more.
