The next day, Tomasiak filed a complaint against him at  the Agana Precinct. She told police that she left Cruz’s home following an argument and when he followed her to her car, she got it and locked the doors.

Police observed damage to Tomasiak’s car, and Cruz “admitted to punching the vehicle,” states the complaint.

Earlier, Guam Police Spokesman Lt. Art Paulino reported that the argument “concerned a possible infidelity in their relationship.” He said a followup investigation resulted in the arrest of the 50 year old Cruz who was booked and confined Saturday for Criminal Mischief and Family Violence.

Monday, the Attorney General dropped the Family Violence charge and substituted the misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct allegation.
