Guam Fire Department crews responded to an early morning motor vehicle collision with injuries Thursday, in the Pago Bay bridge area.
GFD confirmed with PNC News that there are no life-threatening injuries. However, one person was taken to GMH.
Kevin Reilly, the GFD spokesperson, said it was a two-vehicle collision with injuries at the Pago Bay Bridge that happened at 5:50 am.
Traffic was backed up on Route 4, going north to Chalan Pago from Pago Bay. However, it was cleared as of 7:25 am. Traffic lanes were blocked for the safety of first responders.
There’s no word on the cause of the accident.
