Justice Prevails Over MVP In GHRA BBall

Guam – Four games were on tap last night at the Tamuning Gym in the GHRA Basketball League.  In the second game of the night MVP Stars went up against the formidable Team Justice who had a towering man in the paint that made it difficult for anyone shooting anywhere within four feet.  In the last remaining minutes of the game Justice started to blow open a lead that would become impossible to overcome.   Many missed shots and turnovers for MVP converted for points for Justice who took advantage of fast breaks and mismatches.  Field goals down the stretch would pretty much nail the coffin shut for MVP.

In the game after that Duty Shoppers and IP and E got on the court.  IPE were quick to get on the board and mustered up an early lead but the DFS would never get too far behind but in the end it was IPE that would come out victorious.

In the first game of the night Outrigger defeated Pacific Data Systems 50-41,  Team Justice dropped MVP Stars 87-55,  IP and E cruised on to beat Duty Free Shoppers 68-50 and University of Guam slipped past Triple J 46-68.
