The Guam Hotel and Restaurant Association is holding a free vaccination clinic on Tuesday, March 30, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Guam.
GHRA members are urged to register their active and furloughed employees today and sign up for appointments using this link: vaccine.guamcovid.com.
The association has already conducted an employee census so vaccine clinics can be set up specifically for the tourism industry.
According to the American Hotel Lodging Association, hotels are considered congregate settings as well as correctional facilities and short-term rental places.
The GHRA survey is specifically for employees of hotels, motels, short-term vacation rentals, restaurants, bars, taverns, and food trucks.
GHRA President Mary Rhodes says the goal is to vaccinate all workers in hotels and lodging services as well as workers in the food and beverage industries.
