GHSOCD – Earthquake Recorded; No Tsunami Threat

The Guam Department of Homeland Security and Civil Defense reported that the U.S. Geological Survey recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.9 that occurred 15 km north west of Agat at 10:11 a.m. ChST, with a depth of 121.6 km.

There were no reports made to Guam 911 dispatch of damages or injuries from the earthquake and there was no tsunami threat to the Marianas.
