It is anticipated that the Governor will declare PCOR2 (Pandemic Condition of Readiness 2) on Monday, May 11.

Upon this declaration, the Guam Housing & Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) will partially open for business starting at 8am to 5pm.

Continued compliance with Social Distancing rules will be strictly enforced; thus, services will be limited to those with appointments only. ABSOLUTELY NO WALK-INS WILL BE ENTERTAINED under PCOR2. Please be reminded that all visitors must wear a mask to be permitted entry into the building.

Those who need to: make inquiries; express concerns about their housing assistance benefits; drop off required documents; pick up forms; or make an appointment must contract their assigned Housing Specialists through email, telephone or to leave a written message in the GHURA drive-up express drop box that will be located in the parking lot shared by GHURA and the Sinajana Mayor’s Office. GHURA has reconfigured the parking lot to make available this drive-up service under PCOR2.

We pray for the health and safety of our friends, private partners and the families that we provide a home to during these difficult times.

Email addresses of personnel are available on the GHURA website at
