Gov. to deliver state of the island address


(Guam) – Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero will be making her first State of the Island Address Thursday, April 11, which will highlight her first 100 days since taking office in January.

PNC will be broadcasting live on Facebook at 6:30 pm. The address will be held at the Guam Congress Building with the Guam Museum Indoor Theater accommodating any overflow of attendees.

The State of Island address will be followed by the People’s Reception at the Government House. No weapons, illegal drugs, alcohol and loud noise devices allowed and your bags may be subject to search.

In addition, Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes as Chalan Santo Papa will be partially closed from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm, on Thursday, April 11.
