GPA general manager Joaquin Flores is one of the members of the task forces leadership committee. “I think GPA plays a major role and I’m very happy to be part of the executive committee and we’re blazing new trails with energy and it’s no longer just providing power it’s providing energy services and we need to get our arms around that and define that better and i that strategic plan energy policies is really critical.”
Other members of the task force include UOG president Dr. Robert Underwood from, NAVFAC Marianas commander Capt. Peter Lynch, Acting Guam Energy Office Director Elisabeth Cruz, and the Governor’s Deputy Chief of Staff Shawn Gumataotao.
