Guam – The Guam Power Authority has scheduled a 6 hour power outage TODAY, Thursday October 18th, for parts of Tiyan and Barrigada.
The outage will effect customers living along Third Street which runs through parts of both of those villages.
The outage is necessary for the safety of crews who will be replacing old wooden poles with concrete ones.
