GPA and GWA Online Payment System Still Down

Data management resources, the company that was originally contracted to run both utilities online service, told GPA that they would no longer be able to provide service by the end of March of this year.

Guam –  Customers still can’t pay their utility bills online, as the online payment system is still down.

 

Guam Power Authority Chief Financial Officer John Kim tells PNC that GPA is working with a vendor on a temporary solution to set up a payment system to allow customers to pay their bills online. Kim says the temp fix will cost GPA about 7,500. Meanwhile, Kim says there is no timeline on a permanent online payment system, since they are still procuring a bid for permanent online services.
