Guam – The Guam Power Authority has declared an emergency outage for residents and businesses from Ipan to Talofofo, Togcha and down to First Beach. 

The outage is scheduled begins at 3 pm and will last till 4 pm this afternoon [Friday].

The reason for the outage is to replace a damaged crossarm.
