Guam – The Guam Power Authority says power was restored in the Las Palmas area of Macheche Dededo about 3:25 Wednesday afternoon following an emergency outage that began around 2 pm
It is effecting customers in Las Palmas and the immediate surrounding area.
The outage was first reported just after 2 pm.
The cause of the outage was equipment failure.
