The Guam Power Authority’s online bill pay website has been upgraded to improve the service for customers.

The changes to payGPA.com took effect Wednesday, May 27.

“GPA encourages all customers to register for payGPA.com as a means to save time and avoid wait times in cashier lines to pay their utility bills,” said GPA General Manager John Benavente.

Using the payGPA.com online payment feature is secure, said Benavente, while offering a range of services like viewing a customer’s monthly bill, energy consumption and payment history. Customers can also conveniently update their contact information.

The newly added features include a “Quick Pay” tab that allows customers to pay an additional account holder’s power bill, by entering that customer’s account number along with the assigned billing zip code. There is also the option to receive paperless statements.

Customers already registered for payGPA.com online do not need to re-register their account(s) or reset their passwords to utilize the new online payment features.
