Guam – The Guam Power Authority has announced that starting this Wednesday, the Guam Power Authority will be disconnecting electric
utility and private streetlight accounts 30 days or more past due ISLANDWIDE.
GPA customers whose electric utility account(s) are delinquent are advised to make payment directly to GPA Customer Service locations to avoid reconnection charges; those customers with arrears making payments after 3 p.m. are further advised to see a customer representative. Disconnected
utility accounts maybe without service for up to 24 hours due to the high volume of delinquent accounts to be disconnected. Customers are strongly urged to keep their electric utility accounts current.
Reminder: Customers whose electric utility accounts are disconnected for five working days or more must reapply for electric service with all charges to be assessed.
Customers whose electric utility accounts are delinquent must render payment at the GPA Customer Service locations at the Harmon Main Office, the Hagåtña Satellite Office in the Julale Shopping Center or the Agat Satellite Office.
