Guam- The Guam Power Authority is reporting that as of 10:25 a.m., power has been restored to the Apra Heights area.
Spokesman Art Perez states that power was restored in Apra Heights along Route 2a towards Pizza Hut and along Route 2 to Southern Christian School.
He adds that line crews have isolated an area by Pagachao Agat to repair some line hardware.
