GPA: Snake Blamed for Early Morning Outage in Tamuning

Guam – The Village of  Tamuning village was in the dark for a couple of hours overnight.

GPA Spokesman Art Perez says a snake is to blame for knocking out the Tamuning substation but the outage lasted a bit longer because crews replaced a damaged ligtning arrestor that was discovered.

Power went out just after midnight and was fully restored 2 and a half hours later.
