GPD: Chief Bordallo Chooses 2 Veteran Sergeants to Assist in Blue House Investigation


Guam – GPD Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia has announced that Guam Police Chief Fred Bordallo has appointed 2 Sergeants to assist Lt. Lawrence Quichocho  in the Blue House probe of alleged wrong doing by some other GPD Officers.

From the Chief of Police:

I have appointed two senior sergeants to assist with the investigations into alleged police involvement in the Blue House operation.  

Sergeant Emly Charfauros who is currently assigned to Training and Staff. She is a 20-year veteran of the Guam Police Department and has three years of Internal Affairs experience.  She will be assisting with the Administrative side of the investigation.


Sergeant James Buccat who is currently assigned to the Forensic Science Division.  He is a 28-year veteran of the Guam Police Department and a former FBI Task Force Agent.  Sergeant Buccat will be handling the criminal side of the investigation and will be working closely with the Attorney Generals office.
