GPD Civilian Reserve Officer James J. Esperon Booked for Criminal Sexual Conduct

Guam –  Civilian Volunteer Reserve Officer James John Esperon was arrested this afternoon on criminal sexual conduct charges.

The 30 year old Esperon of Dededo was booked and confined for First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, 2 counts Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.

GPD Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia says that Esperon “had his duty weapon and credentials removed and will be suspended from the reserve program pending an investigation by Internal Affairs.”

TIYAN – This afternoon detectives arrested a Civilian Volunteer Police Reserve for the offense of Criminal Sexual Conduct.  He’s accused of sexually
assaulting a minor female back in 2011.

JAMES JOHN ESPERON, m/30/fil-cau/Dededo, for 1 Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, 2 counts 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.

Police Reserve Esperon had his duty weapon and credentials removed and will be suspended from the reserve program pending an investigation
by Internal Affairs.  He was booked and confined.
