Guam – The Guam Police Departments has confirmed that a criminal sexual conduct complaint has been filed but could not identify the name of the suspect.

GPD Spokesman Officer AJ Balajadia acknowledged, however, that inquiries have been made as to the involvement of Troy Torres, Governor Eddie Calvo’s former senior adviser.

The complaint was filed at the Agat precinct, according to a reliable PNC source. GPD Spokesman Officer AJ Balajadia says the allegations date back to 1997 when the suspect and the alleged victim were minors.

“This case has been forwarded to the Attorney General’s Office for their information and disposition and therefore I am unable to confirm the name of the suspect in question at this time,” said Balajadia.
