GPD launches death investigation in Tamuning

The Guam Police Department has launched a death investigation relative to the discovery of a lifeless male on Route 1 Marine Corps Drive, by Wise Owl Veterinarian Clinic in Tamuning.

According to GPD spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao, preliminary police reports suggest that on Sunday, May 31, at around 7:20 pm, officers assigned to the
Tumon Precinct Command responded to a call of an unresponsive male who was discovered on the roadway of Route 1 Marine Corps Drive, in Tamuning.

The male was immediately transported to Guam Memorial Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased by attending physicians.

Detectives from GPD’s Criminal Investigation Division to include GPD’s Forensic Science Investigators were activated to assume the investigation.

This case is ongoing.
