Officers are reaching out to the community for information relative to the apprehension of a 50-year-old Filipina woman named Victoria Milly-Gracia and 35-year-old Chamorro male Jeffery Norita Lizama.

A manhunt has been launched by the Guam Police Department for two theft suspects.

Officers are reaching out to the community for information relative to the apprehension of a 50-year-old Filipina woman named Victoria Milly-Gracia and 35-year-old Chamorro male Jeffery Norita Lizama.

They are both wanted for questioning relative to ongoing theft investigations.

According to GPD, their last known address is 394 Okkodo Lane in Dededo. They are both considered to be dangerous and should not be approached.

While the arrest record of Milly-Gracia has not been provided, Lizama’s rap sheet dates as far back as 2011 when he was charged with burglary to a vehicle, two counts of burglary, two counts of theft of property, two counts of conspiracy, two counts of jurisdiction over an adult and another two counts of guilt established by complicity.

In addition to theft of a motor vehicle, theft by deception and criminal trespass. Lizama’s most recent conviction was in 2015 when he was charged with two counts each of assault, family violence, and child abuse.
